Sellers have an option to submit files for Exclusive licensed designs after a sale of that design has been made
Sellers while uploading Exclusive designs on Ready Pattern Seller Central can either submit the files of the design immediately or after the sale of the design.
In case the sellers wish to submit the files of the design after the sale of it, they will have to select the number of hours after which they will submit the design post sale.
Once the exclusive design is sold, an email will be sent to the seller indicating the same.
The email will clearly specify the time in which the seller has to submit the file (seller has chosen this time frame while uploading design). The seller is expected to submit the file to Ready Pattern in the given time as it has to then be sent to the customer.
Ready Pattern gives all sellers a grace period of 1 day along with the time frame mentioned to submit the file.
For example: If a seller has chosen 24 hours as the time frame to submit the design, Ready Pattern will give them a grace of 1 day. The seller then has 2 days to submit the file.
In this given time, if the customer cancels the order then Ready Pattern has to cancel the order as well.
Ready Pattern wishes to maintain a healthy and fruitful relationship with sellers and is looking for complete trust and cooperation from them as well.
Where can sellers upload the file?
- A link will be sent in the email to the sellers, they can click on the link where they will be directed to the product in Ready Pattern Seller Central. Files can be uploaded in the "Files" section.
- Alternatively, the seller can themselves login to Ready Pattern Seller Central, hover on to pending orders/ manage orders. Open the product/design for which the file has be uploaded. Upload the file in the "Files" section and click submit.
On completing this procedure, pending files for exclusive designs will be successfully uploaded.
